Vincenzo Quaranta, Fire Baby Pizza Chef – Born and raised in Italy, Vincenzo’s lifelong love for traditional Italian cuisine and wood-fired pizza infuses the venue with heart, heritage, and authenticity.

Parking & Getting Here

Council On-Street Parking

Council-managed on-street parking is available right on Welch Street and nearby streets. Rates are around $2.50 per hour from Monday to Saturday, 9 am–5 pm. Pay with coins or card at the meters.

PriPark – Marshall Lane

For an easy flat-rate option, the PriPark car park on Marshall Lane (also accessible from Welch Street) is just a short walk from Fire Baby. Casual all-day parking is only $8.

Catch the G:link Tram

We’re also just a few minutes’ walk from the Southport G:link tram station. Simply hop off at Southport, stroll down Scarborough Street, and you’ll be at Fire Baby in no time — perfect if you’d rather skip parking.
