Parking & Getting Here

Council On-Street Parking

Council-managed metered parking is available on Welch Street and surrounding streets, operating Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Parking is available for up to four hours, with rates of $4.20 per hour for the first two hours and $6.40 per hour from two to four hours. All-day parking is also available for a maximum fee of $10.50. Payment can be made using cash, credit card or the EasyPark app.

PriPark – Marshall Lane

For an easy flat-rate option, the PriPark car park on Marshall Lane (also accessible from Welch Street) is just a short walk from Fire Baby. Casual all-day parking is only $8.

Catch the G:link Tram

We’re also just a few minutes’ walk from the Southport G:link tram station. Simply hop off at Southport, stroll down Scarborough Street, and you’ll be at Fire Baby in no time — perfect if you’d rather skip parking.
