Step away from the boardroom and into the heat of Fire Baby’s wood-fired kitchen. The Pizza Masterclass is an immersive, hands-on experience where guests discover the art of authentic Neapolitan pizza making under the expert guidance of our Italian pizzaiolo, Chef Vincenzo.

From working the dough to mastering the fire, guests personalise their own creation from a curated selection of fresh, authentic toppings before finishing with The Dough Show, a live pizza tossing demonstration where technique, theatre, and a little friendly competition collide.

The experience concludes with every guest sitting down to enjoy the wood-fired pizza they’ve crafted themselves. Equal parts delicious and unforgettable, the Pizza Masterclass is the perfect way to bring any group together with warmth, flavour, and fire.

Classes are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:00am.

Parking & Getting Here

Council On-Street Parking

Council-managed on-street parking is available right on Welch Street and nearby streets. Rates are around $2.50 per hour from Monday to Saturday, 9 am–5 pm. Pay with coins or card at the meters.

PriPark – Marshall Lane

For an easy flat-rate option, the PriPark car park on Marshall Lane (also accessible from Welch Street) is just a short walk from Fire Baby. Casual all-day parking is only $8.

Catch the G:link Tram

We’re also just a few minutes’ walk from the Southport G:link tram station. Simply hop off at Southport, stroll down Scarborough Street, and you’ll be at Fire Baby in no time — perfect if you’d rather skip parking.
