New Sunday Roast at Ember

Sunday
12-2:45pm

From Sunday 1st March

$40 per head

A Sunday roast is a beloved tradition, but at Ember Bar & Grill, we do it differently.

Our Charcoal Sunday Roast is cooked over fire, bringing a depth of flavour you simply can’t achieve in a regular oven. The gentle heat of charcoal adds a subtle smoky finish and perfectly caramelised edges, creating a roast that’s rich, comforting and unmistakably Ember.

Every Sunday, gather with family and friends and enjoy:

  • Succulent charcoal-roasted meat
  • Seasonal sides
  • Classic roast accompaniments

Of course, our full à la carte menu remains available, with additional dishes you can add to your table if you’d like to expand the feast.

A traditional Sunday roast, elevated by fire.

Seats are limited and bookings are highly recommended.
